In the latest Highlands Ranch Colorado Newsletter, there was a section about composting yard waste with collaboration with Compost Colorado. We scanned the QR code listed and paid $15 for 5 bags of leaves. Three locations were mentioned in the information section, one was Summit View Elementary in Highlands Ranch and the other was Westridge Community Center, pick-up at 11:00 a.m. and at 2:00 p.m. respectively. We hit both locations and there was nobody. We waited and waited nobody showed up. There were others who were wondering about why nobody showed up.
