This is definitely mail fraud as they ship product and indicate they take returns, but all the information they give you too return the product is invalid. You can contact the customer service by email and they send you an address to return your items to is in Canada and the address doesn't even exist. there is also a phone number in California which is only for messages and no one ever returns your calls. Total rip-off scam

I bought 6 pairs of 3XL size compression socks from Compression Socks World based on their size chart based on calf circumference for $67.50 on 12/09/2023. Socks arrived and were much too large (I wear Large in every other brand I have). Their return policy states a full refund but return postage must be paid by the customer. Socks were shipped from a warehouse at 3412 Garfield Ave, Commerce, CA 90040, so I assumed they would be returned there. Not so: the return address is 4585 Kenmount Road, St John's, NL A1B 3P2 Canada. I shipped them for $22.23 via USPS on 12/28/2023 and they went to Canada (USPS tracking stops at the border), then came back to the US and declared "undeliverable" by USPS. THE CANADIAN RETURN ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST. On Google Maps the highest address at the end of Kenmount Rd is 1296. THIS IS MAIL FRAUD. The package is now lost (thank you, USPS). I started a Missing Mail Search on 02/26/2024 and have not heard from USPS since.

Advertised on facebook targeting diabetics - when attempted to order 1 pair of compression socks the site made it 4 pair and then automatically doubled my order to 8 pairs. When received the chemical smell from insecticides was very strong had to wash them before handling. The material was so poor my fingers went through the material on 3 of the first 4 socks I attempted to put on. Targeting diabetics with the multitude of seams inside the socks can only be described as purposefully attempting to injure diabetics. Unless the person wears them without walking at all, (contrary to their advertising) the multitude of seams can only develop hot spots and blisters. This can lead to infections and amputations for diabetics. I attempted to contact the vendor through email and telephone. Emails (3) have not been answered and the phone number was no .longer in service.

I did report the ad on facebook but it came back from them as not meeting their requirements as an improper or false ad. In other words facebook supports the scam.
