When we were setting up our Roku, we received an error message with a phone number that we needed to call. It appeared to be a legitimate part of the Roku system. When we called it, a company called Comptex Solutions said that we needed to pay $99.99 to set up the system, and an elderly family member agreed. We confirmed with Roku that they had been hacked, and that this did not come from them. Attached is proof that Roku does not charge a set up fee for its service.
