Company sold me a lead list from a trade show. List to be 6180 contacts. List was provided but list was fraudulent. It was full of "stuffer" content and people who never registered or attended the convention. I was at the show and my name along with hundreds of people I knew at the show were missing from the list. In addition, it was focused specifically on people in the NE when the show is global. I asked about it and rather than a refund or an explanation, I was given another list of 4000 names which was a wider scope of location but NOT the list of attendees and/or registrations for this specific show. I have contacted the company multiple times via email and phone. The phone is a cell phone to Adam Baker and he has now blocked my number and has never returned my money or my emails.
