I was involved in a puppy Vote scam that was supposed to free and turned out to be a huge scam, either way once we found out the puppy Vote was a scam a friend contacted her bank and disputed the charges that were made on her credit card, well low and behold a month later I was contacted by some 19 year old kid who is very good at computer hacking and lives in the UK telling me if I don't pay the $1200 in disputes back to the puppy Vote I will be responsible for $2400 tacking on penalty fees and whatever fees the puppy Vote incurred for each charge back which his math was completely off because charge back fees range from $20 to $100 per charge back max, but I have over 30 reviews from people about the puppy Vote being a huge scam so when I was contacted by this Blaine Hunter Flatt guy who was very threatening and condescending and told me he was going to contact my local police at that point I knew it was time to call a lawyer who then contacted me back and informed me that this Blaine's date of birth is 2002 and is hacking computers from his home in Bridgend Wales UK, he is so good at what he does his website almost looks real but how can you become a fraud investigator at 16 yrs old and only be in business since 2018 and already win over 3 million in fraud cases, I can't block him, I can't leave a review on the cylabs Investigation UK website of course because he created it on his own at 16 yrs old and then the scam puppy Vote hired him to try and get their money back from us because they're a SCAM and a FRAUD imagine that, thank God I contacted a lawyer who then sent me all the information I needed on this kid and I was literally speechless because he already got $450 from me that I have to dispute with my credit card company now because they are all a SCAM, I will never do anything online again and he was very inviting when I mentioned a lawyer because we need to file something specific to get jurisdiction over in the UK to file a cease and assist but that's Blaine's whole game he just tried to scam someone who was a little smarter and a little more ahead of his game thank God it was only $450 and I will be getting that back!!

I got this call at 11:15 pm. I asked where he was calling from he replied Wisconsin. He kept babbling on about my computer sending out signals, and I reamed him out for calling so late. I have gotten numerous calls like this before but not from this phone no. It's nothing but a big scam to take control of your pc. I hung up. The name on caller ID was Victor Riveros. Hang up is my advise.
