I went through Netgear website to get support service for my Netgear router and was sent to the computer Solutions link. They offered what sounded like a great deal for 3 years of network optimization router re-configuration, tech support and protection computer cleanup. $299.99 contacts-Nick and Ravi. They helped with my router but then the next time I became suspicious when I never heard from them again-when I called they wanted to get into my computer which they had done before but this time it seemed they wanted more info. They are obviously from India.

I recently got a call regarding not. NetGear should be aware of scammers getting into their website-I'm not sure if there is anyway to get my money back but people need to be aware of this. another group connected through Newgear isGearHead-may be the same outfit under another name. 855-432-7432
