Received a call yesterday from Computer Tech Care. Phone number 202-738-1348. Said they would need to service my computer for $500. Caller stated they had repaired my computer. Wanted consumer to send the money by MoneyGram. Consumer does not recall the other method of payment. Consumer became suspicious of method of payment and contacted her sister. He sister advised her it was a scam. She did not send any money. May have given out log in information and passwords.
