They leave a message that they owe you a refund. When you call they have to access your computer to give it to you. I asked them the name of the company and it sounded like yogi, when I asked him to repeat it , he got angry and I think said OGI.(heavy Indian accent) I said to send me my refund but I would not give them access to my computer. He screamed at me "You listen to me Old Lady, you do exactly what I tell you right now." I said I am not giving you access to my computer. He said then we will charge your credit card every month. I said No, not authorized, I will block you. He said you cannot stop us. It is a "Live Computer Technician" Pfishing scam. They call from other numbers, some with names on caller iD. All different states. Keep blocking and reporting every number. Once you are On their list they call constantly.
