After placing my order I attempted to go on the site and it kept coming up as bad gateway so this raised a flag for me. I went to google and searched the site and came across their Facebook page. Every single review on their detailed how the company is fraudulent and scamming people. The address listed on the site is different from the address they provide you with to return an item. I tried emailing the customer service email the same day the order was placed to have it cancelled and the email bounced back as message failure and undeliverable. Yet somehow they respond from the “same” email that failed. They refuse to give me money back although their is no clear cancellation policy listed on the site.
