This appears to be a fraudulent company that advertises clothing that does not match descriptions (e.g. fiber content). There is no address on the website, only a "support" email address to which I have been emailing for weeks. Very few responses to my repeated emails that only offer discounts on future orders.

I ordered a black sweater with rhinestone studded skull from their website. What I received was a polyester pull over with a picture of a skull on it. They do not have a phone number to call customer service. They have an email address so I emailed them 2 times before they responded...and only then after I had posted negative reviews. I like some other unfortunate customers wanted the return address to return the product that was not what I ordered. After multiple contacts/emails they still will not give me a return address. The last email they sent said the address was China and would I just accept a 30% off discount on a future purchase. I told them I did not want anything else from their company as they misrepresent their products. I asked again for the return address and I have not received a response. I do not want others to fall prey to their "bait and switch" tactics. If you look on their website their merchandise looks very nice. What they send you is another story entirely. They publish on their website that they will accept returns if merchandise has not been worn etc. However, they refuse to give you the return address.

The website displayed Icelandic sweaters. With wool materials. However, I received cotton jackets with no wool materials and printed design. In addition the size of xxl was small.

Product was not at all as described and pictured on website. When asked for refund got the run around since April—still no refund, just offers for coupons for future purchases

I ordered what I thought was a sweater from this online company. Three weeks later I received an incredibly inferior product that was supposed to resemble the picture on line. It was not even close. The company will not give me a return address to send it back. They finally responded to my request to return the item (by email), stating that it is too expensive to return the item to China and offered a 20% off coupon. When I said I do not want another product, they offered a 30% off coupon. They will not provide a return address. I realize it was only $31.00, but I do not want others to fall into this trap of getting an extremely inferior product and then having to throw it away. What a waste! It is not even worthy of giving the item to someone in need. The item is attrocious! The "company" is a scam. I am watching my credit card bill closely to make sure they do not use it illegally. Thank you.
