Report Con Edison Imposter - Electricity Shutoff Scam

I was called on my Landline from "Con Edison" advising me that someone was in my area to cut off my meter because I did not pay my bill. I was provided a reference number E445818 and to call 844-713-1409 to make payment arrangements. I found it strange that Con Ed would be calling my Landline and that number is not on file.
On my caller ID the number 718-998-6989, Name: Lari Doroshenk appeared.

I called the number and provided the reference number and was asked by the rep behind the call for my Con Ed account number. I then proceeded to advise him that the FBI was on the other line wanting to speak with him about the scam! LOL! He then said to me, to also provide the FBI Agent's mother's information on the line. He was so upset and cursed me out!
