I asked if they were selling concert tickets, they replied that they were for $100 each. Then as I was suggesting to meet up in person, they claimed they were in New Jersey for a funeral and wanted me to spend half of the money to receive the ticket and send the rest later.

Scammer (Kenna Marie) posted Taylor Swift tickets for sale on a public Facebook website. Scammer then instructed me to contact her through Messenger at which time she asked if I had a TicketMaster account. She then asked me to send her $400/ticket through Zelle but used another person’s email address ([email protected]). Once the transaction was confirmed she asked for my name and an additional $200 to transfer the name on the tickets. When I declined this transaction, she stopped contacting me.

April 22, 2023 6pm EST Amount = $571.24 Seller advertised concert tickets on Instagram. After agreeing to a set price of $550, we exchanged PayPal information. At this point, $550 was transferred via PayPal to the seller. After numerous texts to have the tickets transferred, they asked for a "show merch-fee" of $200 additional. Seller was reluctant to transfer tickets until the $200 dollars of additional fees were sent. At this point, we believe this activity to be very suspicious, therefore, I contacted both American Express and PayPal to stop payment as we never got what was advertised. Subsequent, seller was contacted on numerous occasions to cancel transaction, but I never got a response and was ghosted.

2. I sent her a Facebook message through Facebook Messenger on January 6, 2023 at 7:04A asking “Do you still have 2023 Season Lawn Passes for SPAC available? I’m looking to purchase 2.”

3. She replied on January 6, 2023 at 7:29A saying “Yes available; what’s your budget for each?”

4. After going back and forth for several messages, I agreed to send her $350.00 for the two (2) 2023 SPAC Lawn Passes.

5. First, I downloaded the Cash App application. Per Julie’s message, I tried sending the $350.00 to a “S>>> M>>>” on the CashApp application. After trying five (5) different times, each payment showing “failed” on my end, therefore I asked Julie for her Zelle account.

7. To date, I have not received a message from Zelle or Julie that the payment didn’t go through.

8. I have also not received my 2023 Season Lawn Passes for SPAC, which come to find out after speaking to a Live Nation representative are non-transferrable.
