Received call in regard to special cruise offer. Agency reported to be Concierge Computer Software. Paid money for cruise and received confirmation number 001-01-96-83120156. Charges were authorized for $559.00 to be made by debit card. It appeared on bank statement thereafter. Called back travel company to see if it could be paid in parts instead. Agent advised this could be done, and said half the money would be refunded now, and the rest to be paid in parts. Following up with bank on legitimacy of charges.
