We called Spectrum Customer service to cancel our tv/internet service. My husband was told there was a $79.99 cancellation fee. Later we questioned why such a high cost on cancellation. Called back and spoke to a lady who said there is no cancellation fee and that we had been scammed. We received a text from Concierge Global Service telling us of the $79.99 fee. Concierge Global Service no longer answers the phone when we call. Spectrum confirms they (Concierge Global) are not associated with SPectrum.
