person speaking english, however not fluent in english, named Patricia, saying they were going to serve me a civil notice of a lien., provided last four of social, and also referenced a case number. At the end of the message it stated, you have been notified. The number led me back to a Concord and Associates. When I asked the representative about where this was being filed, he said if you stop interrupting me I will tell you. I disconnected. Also, when they left the first business name, they said SDP, but calling the number I heard Concord & Associates.
