Concordtime advertised lovely Santa's for sale on Facebook. They had a sale going, so I bought 2 of their Coastal Santa's. I did not receive what I ordered. I paid a total of $55 & ended up with two, 6-inch Santa ornaments, not that much larger, much prettier Santa's I paid for. I have emailed them countless times, have gotten no satisfaction, just distraction tactics, such as sending photos of the SKU, the tracking # and the item, now telling me to send a video of the items. Thank you for letting me post this for others to see and anything you can do to keep anyone else from being scammed. Thanks!
