I thought I was purchasing 1 bottle of CBD gummies for pain for around $30. But instead, according to the company, I ordered 5 bottles at around $70 each. I received an email saying I was not charged anything, so I figured my order did not go through. In checking my bank account, I discovered a mysterious charge for $216.59. In calling the number listed on the charge, I talked to a woman that said since I hadn’t called to cancel my order, it automatically reprocessed it for the 5 bottles. The email I received said the total due was $0., so why would I call to cancel? Sounds phishy to me. She said the order was already processed so she couldn’t cancel it and she offered me to pay 1/2 price for the order. I said I did not want any product, just my money. Next, she said to call when I got the order to receive instructions to return it and get a full refund. I will see if that will happen and let you know!
