My complaint is similar to everyone else. I made a $50 purchase and received an email stating I’d receive my order within 14 days. I have not received my order and I have not received any assistance via the emails I have sent. They have no phone number only “customer service” email.

Whatever you do, DON'T buy anything from Confident Curly Hair Store! I found them through an IG pop-up ad. Ordered a $50 item three months ago and never received it. Contacted them numerous times, but they never could provide me any shipping or tracking information nor did they ever refund me according to their own return/refund policy. Total scam!

I ordered two months ago as well and have received nothing. No updates, no shipments, nothing. Please don’t waste your time or money. Clearly this is a scam.

I purchased a brush and a beanie a month ago. The order confirmation email states the product should ship and be delivered within 14 days. I never received any updates on my order. The order tracking website says my order way never prepared, never shipped, and never delivered. I emailed them requesting a refund since they do not list a phone number, and I have not heard back from anyone.

I ordered a hair dryer and hair brush from this website that popped up on my instagram feed. It's called confident curly hair. That was 2 months ago and I have not received any items yet. I emailed them and asked where my package was and they told me that it was at the local post office. I contacted the post office and found out it is not even in the country. It is not here. The tracking number confident curly gave me takes me a website written all in French. I am still waiting on my package or either my money back.
