trial offer scam

Initially asked for $7.95 and then made 2 billings on 1/19/20 $149.95 & 2/3/20 $89.95 which I never acknowledged.

I returned the $89.95 in 2/20

I took an on-line survey a few weeks ago and was offered a selection of gifts to choose from. I chose a tooth whitening kit valued at $105 and only had to pay shipping of $7.99 which was deducted from my checking account using my debit card. I received the product, ordered nothing else at any time, then woke up 2/10/2020 with a phone call and text from my bank stating that fraud was detected. It was this same company who was trying to deduct $149.95 from my checking account without any approval or order from me. My bank immediately froze my card and it has since been destroyed then replaced with a new card.
