After applying for the position of Remote Data Entry, I was immediately contacted by email from [email protected]  to download the Signal app and reach out to Vikkie Bale to set up an interview. After I did that “she” responded with a series of texts that were very pushy and ignored my request to interview another day as I was leaving for work. Alarm bells started going off at that point and I did my best to find out more about the company only to find that the only social media presence they have is 5 Facebook posts in the last 5 years and a website that only uses stock images. I cut off communication with them but am receiving similar offers from “companies” that I haven’t even applied to.
