Real looking credit card with my name and my business name all engraved in it already ! Offering a credit line of **K and no interest for 90 days!

I received a credit card in the mail with the business owner's name stamped on it. It looked like an official credit card activation letter with the credit card number and name, with a $*** limit ready to go. When I queried the owner about it, he had no idea of applying for any credit card in the recent past. I looked up the Connector Capital company online and immediately saw they had an "F" rating by the BBB. I also learned it is illegal to issue unsolicited credit cards to anyone. Very disturbing to receive this very misleading piece of mail. On the back of the card it does read: This card is intended to serve as an invitation to apply for business credit. That is in the very small print on the back of the card which is stuck to the paper, and no where else on the letter does it say that, just talks about activation of your new credit card.

Received CC and invitation in mail for 90K business limit card made out to me along with the name of a business I closed 3years ago. This set off my red flags immediately. I checked on this company online, read all the information, and quickly determined it to be a scam. I suggest all individuals no matter who, to verify info on any free offer with the ScamPulse.com to stay safe.

Unsolicited credit card arrived in mail.

They sent an unsolicited credit card in mail. The card has my name and my business name. It was sent to my business. We did not sign up to receive this card. We read bbb article about this scam.

Hence reporting the issue to BBB.

Please do the needful.

Thanks

An unsolicited letter came with a credit card attached, complete with a credit card number embossed, in our business name and my husband's name. It says we have $*** available credit. There is no chip/ visa/ mastercard logo. Says he's been a member since 1/18 and today is 2/18. The card sticker says to call 855 602 8090 to activate.

We did not call the number to activate. We cut up the card and threw it away. We wanted to notify you that this scam is going on. It would be very easy to think this is a legitimate card as we have a capital one credit card and this one is Connector Capital.

My mother, who passed away two years ago, received an unsolicited credit card in the mail from Connector Capital. Obviously neither she nor I on her behalf had applied for such a card! The credit limit was an unbelievable $***. The letter gave instructions to call 1-855-297-9446 or to go to www.connectorcapital.com to activate the card. Instead I cut up the card and filed a complaint with BBB.

Mail arrived to our correct business address BUT with a completely unfamiliar name both on the mail and on the offered card. Credit limit was $***. We get frequent unsolicited offers of business capital (as in 1-2 per week), but this is the first time we've gotten a physical card! Pernicious. And wicked.

I received a 'credit' card via postal mail which I did not apply. This company gave me a $*** credit to spend. I googled the the name and was brought to the ScamPulse.com website. Today is 2/11/2018 and the scam is on going.

Unsolicited credit card offer. Beware. I googled the company and was immediately warned away from this company. Shredding and reporting as suggested by the BBB

They sent an unsolicited credit card.

Recieved credit card with large available credit limit in mail, had never applied for it.

- New Braunfels, TX, USA

Credit Card sent in the mail to owner and company with an available credit of $***. The credit card was sent without request and to an old address. Luckily the card was brought to our current office as all that was needed was a phone call to activate this card. I called the issuer of the credit card and told them to cancel this card.

We received an unsolicited credit card in our company name.

- Wilmington, NC, USA

Received a very well made "Equipment" credit card in the mail. Did have my name along with business name with a very high credit limit. Says I have been a member for a couple months so I googled it and found that it was listed as a scam with BBB. I cut up the card and reported this in hopes to warn others.
