My husband went online to reserve a storage unit for our daughter’s stuff who was moving out of the college dorm for the Summer. He paid online with his debit card and received an email stating that he had successfully reserved a storage unit. The email include the access code to enter onto the grounds of the self-storage facility. But when we got there we could not get access there was no locking mechanism on the storage unit and we could not open up the storage unit at all. When my husband called the phone of (270) 883-2840 from the website and the email the lady who answered the phone told him that they had not managed “Lock & Key Self Storage” for a long time and there was nothing that she could do to help us.

So my husband and I do not have a storage unit for our daughter and we feel as though we were scammed out of our money.
