Asked if I could pay for equipment to start training. Then I would be reimbursed after training. Said they couldn’t deposit the funds because of the bank . And because it was check.

Scammer contacted me about a remote position, I have been filling out lots of remote job applications. I interviewed briefly over Gchat. They said they were sending me a check to "pick up supplies". They could not contact me via @connexionpoint email tag, realized it was fake.
