on facebook looking at Yorkies, noticed in comment section that Conny Foster confirmed with another person that she had Yorkies for sale, so I reached out to Conny Foster on Facebook Messenger. she said the puppies were $700 + $80 delivery. I Asked for a live video of puppies, she said she was an old lady and didn't know how to send videos. She claimed to be an old woman, a christian, god fearing, and would not scam me and bring karma to herself, children or grandchildren. She asked for my email and She did send something (from email address; [email protected]), but it could not be opened and only showed up as text. She claimed to be unable to send a video. she asked for my telephone number, I gave it to her and told her to call me. she never did. she claimed to be death and said she would have her grandson call me which he did from tel# 786-864-1679 and said he was in Florida, he said his name was "Biggie". I asked for his real name and he said James. He kept talking about him trusting me not to sell the puppies, he just wants to find them a good and loving home. he's been a breeder for 10 years. I asked for a website which he mentioned but never gave to me. we agreed that I would send him $500 and the balance when I got the dog. I Sent $25 then I sent $475 both via Zelle to Cartel James - [email protected]. Conny said the vet was closed so she would need to get the papers the next morning. The next morning she contacted me with the ownership transfer papers to sign. she told me the process is done. I would hear from the delivery company with tracking number about the dog. Received an email from [email protected] (subject line: URGENT REFUNDABLE INSURANCE NEEDED FOR YOUR PUPPY) I also received 2 phone calls from this service. telephone # 571-453-0415. The persons dialect sounded like he was from India. He would not tell me the fee. He just kept telling me to check my email when I questioned this Refundable fee. the email has an invoice for $1,500. Today is 12/12/2020 but it is Dated 13/10/2020 and the Billing address is for someone in Houston, TX. I texted Conny and she said she'd contact the delivery service and they promise to give me my money back. I told her to pay it herself since it's refundable. she then offered to pay $200 and said that was all she had. I had 2 missed calls from Biggie (Cartel James). I returned his call, but he did not pick-up.
