Seemingly legitimate website offering game consoles, games and controllers. Purchased through PayPal, seemingly secure transaction. Seller issued a shipping tracking number via UPS, which seemed legitimate. Notified of "delivery" (a few days later) via UPS, however no package at my residence (I was home at the time of supposed "delivery"). Contacted UPS to check on delivery. UPS advised the tracking number I gave them was indeed delivered but to an entirely different name and address (not at liberty to divulge). Contacted PayPal to report possible fraudulent activity. They denied the claim because there was proof of delivery via the supplied tracking number. No reply from seller via gmail email address. I have no product and am out $199.99. Sellers PayPal name which received my payment is Trung Phat and the name Conhodan appeared on my bank statement.
