Consoligrant is offering to pay off my 30 year mortgage in two years. I am supposed to "fill out and upload" paperwork and pay a $99 monthly fee.

There is no information on the company on the website (address, telephone numbers, names of management teams). This seems too good to be true and I am being pressured to sign on to this program.
