I found a company on Facebook called Constituent that was selling a book called “Dad, I want to hear your story” Heirloom Edition (VIP shipping 1-3 days) after I paid for the product I never receive a receipt, only a tracking number that looked to be from a fraudulent company based in Italy. I tried to remain positive and wait for my package to arrive even though I felt like something was not right with the company. After 12 days I never received my package and was given weird tracking updates every 3 days saying the items were in Customs in Italy. When I emailed the company I received a response immediately stating that my package had already been shipped and I just need to wait. When I emailed them again telling them I wanted a refund or I would be turning their company in for fraud I was given another fraudulent link with what looks like a fake receipt of my purchase and prompted to speak with an AI customer service representative who then told me the same thing. My package is already shipped and I need to wait. They refuse to speak with me or refund my moneys. My charges on my card came back to a company called AIYTECH WANCHAI. They charged my master card for $32.34
