I contacted them to get a refund and was told they wouldn't refund my money. Offering no address to send it to. They have an American flag to make it look as if made in the USA and a US company.

I placed an order for “Mini Funko Harry Potter Castle With Dolls” on 5/5/24. I received a package on 6/12 containing only the castle part. I received ZERO dolls. I contacted the company and sent photos of what I received. I got an email stating “Thanks for your photos. But as our warehouse checked, they didn't miss any item when packing your order. Please kindly check your parcel again.”

As I realize it’s not a lot of money, it’s still wrong. I tried to go on to their website and leave a negative review, but there was no place to do that, which is why I am taking this step.
