A friend gave me the name of Sara-Evelyn Lane who they consulted with but did not work with extensively. I thought it was strange that they had a consultation fee, all contractors to date I have used bid on work and then you pay for services budgeted, after the work is completed, not before. There are articles about her, only 3, from 2022 that seemed legitimate, and they may well be but she has cashed my check and provided zero services. Zero contact since she did a sit visit. I gave her ample opportunities by contacting her via the email and the website to explain. Upon further online research, I think the whole operation, as of late is a scam...it may have been legitimate at an earlier time.
