I received a call on my cell phone from the following 443-550-1766. the upfront messaging advised that the were calling from Visa card services to let me know of changes to my credit card rate. The message then asked to press#3 to be taken off of the list or press#1 to speak with rep.

I pressed #1 and spoke with someone by the name of George Robinson (call appeared to be coming from another country). i asked him the name of the company. He advised Consumer Advocacy Services. He then began to ask me if I had more than $5000.00 in credit card debt. When I asked more about the company and where they are located, he said thank and hung up.
