They call and advise you that your credit cards are fine, but you can lower your interest rate. You press 1 and your in a queue that's random sometimes 20 or 15th place. Within 5 minutes your talking to someone and the 1st time I asked to be taken off their list and I was hung up on. The last time I was hung up on again when I threatened to turn them in.

This company keeps calling our home several times throughout the day wanting our social security number, credit card numbers, and other personal information. But when we ask them who they are and questioning why they need this information, they hang up on us. The number is 718-475-9208. Consumer advocate is what appears on our phone.
