We recently were contacted by CASA due to our house going into foreclisure , when were contacted they stated they could stop our house from going into foreclosure and get us a modification plan, we paid them the first 500 and after that we could not get in touch with them at all,they sent some applications for the HARP,plan which we could do ourselves after faxing all documents we never heard from them again even after multiple phone calls in,awhich a voice mail was,received as well a,dmultiple emails,needless to say we still lost our home due to their negligence they are a joke do not even talk to them I'm just grateful I was able to stop further payment these people need to be stopped, from taking advantage,of desperate people they should be ashamed of themselves

They have scammed me out of $500. They’ve missed every appointment set up for over the phone. They claimed their services would be better than claiming bankruptcy because they could get the creditors to “write off” some balances owed. My credit is more screwed than before because of giving money to this company before paying our bills. They said “don’t pay anything for 3 months, then send us your credit reports to resolve everything”... worst experience I have ever had. And I spoke with quite a few different people who seemed “real” workers. Now we’re changing our bank account info.
