I was contacted by someone from a 509 area code claiming to be from Experian Consumer Card Services stating his name is Alex Martin and his employee badge number is PS7073. He claimed that 2 credit card applications were submitted in my name yesterday from an address in Texas. He then attempted to verify my address and credit card debt amount several times. The amount of debt he claimed changed each time. After I questioned him why he needed that information multiple times rather than answering he hung up.

They knew all of my bank balances, my ss#, all my account #s, knew my credit scores and even my secret password at the bank (my mothers maiden name)

They said they were trying to close Well Fargo bank due to the high interest rate 17-20% they were charging seniors. There was a new law stating seniors were to pay no more than 3.9%. They wanted me to pull all my money out of Wells Fargo and put into another bank but leave my charge card and line of credit at the bank and stop paying the balances. This was a special thing they did for seniors on a social security budget with a good credit score that was trying hard to pay off their balances. Stop paying the balances and they would take care of the rest and in 6-8 months we would be debt free.

I have been receiving several phone calls a day in regards to lowering my credit card. I usually ignore the calls, but they are getting pretty annoying when I am at work. I decided to answer today and asked to be placed on the Do Not Call list and I was told that there is no such thing. The man was very rude and was actually yelling at me about lowering my credit card rate and that there is no need to contact the ScamPulse.com since they won't be able to do anything for me.
