As one of our five North Americans to be selected as an official prize winner, you have been approved for a Cash For Life prize, totaling USD $9000,000.00 to be distributed in $3,000 monthly instalments after fees have been paid.
Your name was randomly chosen based on an at-purchase entry form one of our participating North American grocery stores, or gas stations. A ticket number was assigned to each purchase and from a pool of 2 million entries: yours was among the five selected.
