Kevin R The catch is that they want the recipient of the UPSP mail package to cash the BOGUS supposed Cashiers Check for $2,350 and then immediately go to a store and buy $2,050 of eBay cards, and immediately send them the codes on the back of the cards. At that point the SCAMMERS have the $2,050 and the $300 they told the recipient to keep is part of the fraudulent check, which your banking institution will then charge hold the recipient responsible for repaying once the back realizes that the check is not real.
