Although I did not enroll in a subscription billing, one month later my checking account was charged $129.99. When I called to have the charge removed, the agent first offered a discount. I was put on hold when I explained that I will complain to the Better Business Bureau. The representative returned and told me that my account had been cancelled. He gave me a cancellation confirmation number and said the transaction through my bank might take 2-3 days to resolve. I hope it’s the truth.
