I ordered a diecast motor from fursts. almost 6 months ago. The first time they shipped it global express sent it back said it didn't make it thru diagnostics so they re-shipped. Now re shipped with global express.

Global express Co. says the idem got delivered on June 19 At 22:29 in or at my mailbox .(no package the next morning)

Then I got another update that said it delivered on June 21 @ 16:27 signed by customer still no package. I have email the customer and global express with no response. I have looked for other way to contact global express. There are no contact information. when you click customer service it just take you to the top of the page you are already on.
