I attempted to make a purchase on July 17, 2024 and I received an email stating that the order was processed and on the way. However, I have yet to receive the order. I have attempted to email the Shopify email account on file, but I have yet to receive a response from the company. I am requesting a refund in the total amount of $49.99.
