Merchant reach out to me (via text) in reference to a google inquiry I submitted for a auto part. Once confirmed that the part was available for purchase, he sent me an invoice. I submitted payment ( on Aug 10th) as well as inquired as to shipping method and approximate delivery date. Merchant advised shipping courier would be Fed Ex and delivery was between 3-5 days. Merchant reached out to me Aug 17th to advise the part would be delivered @ my location before 5.

Part DID NOT arrive. I reached out to merchant the following day to which he advised it was currently out for delivery and would arrive Aug 18th. Part STILL DID NOT ARRIVE nor did the merchant reach out for further updates.. I’ve been trying to contact this merchant every since ( via phone/ text/ and email) with NO RESPONSE. The number advertised for website NOW is not a working number….
