Saw product on TV. Went to website and ordered several items. Credit card was charged and tracking number sent to my email. Product was never sent to the shipper. Phone calls to “customer service”-1st told product will ship 24 hours. Next time I called -on hold indefinitely. No answer from my email to them as well. Definitely a scam.
