I watched a video on the product Puravive and decided to order 3 bottles. The website then stated if I wanted to take advantage of the lower price and no shipping on the 6 bottles I could do that instead of the 3 bottles so I took that offer. I immediately went to my bank account and checked my credit card charges and saw that I had been charged for both the 3 bottles and the 6 bottles so I immediately sent the company an email stating that fact and asked for the amount of the 3 bottles be returned. I received an email back stating that both orders had already been fulfilled and so they were not able to help me with the problem. They stated sorry, have a nice day, and that was that. I have replied and once again asked for the money to be refunded since it was the companies mistake to charge twice. I am waiting on a reply but I don't have much hope that the money will be refunded. I will be calling my bank to see if they can help but this is a very deceptive company practice that should be stopped. They also stated their products were made in the USA in a FDA approved facility but I see that they are actually located in Greece.
