We hired Rise Home Services to remodel parts of our home. We paid a total of $42,000 towards a contract of $100,00. Lilian Estrada, the Owner, said that they were licensed, insured and bonded which I have later discovered they are not. Less than a month into the project we started to notice that the workmanship was not good and that things were not being done to code. Additionally, I asked several times for a status on the soaking tub, windows and vanity orders and she would make excuses as to why they hadn't been delivered. Ultimately, we discovered that the items had never been purchased. We are now left with having to redo all the work in our master bathroom, which is going to cost us thousands of dollars.
