I was trying to buy a new coffee pot, $19.97... then I was charged an extra $79.95. I contacted them by email the only way I could. They said they were going to reimburse me. This was all between April 3-6. I have tried several times since then and I get the same response. Today they said my bank has the money and they are holding onto it. I didn't contact them until I talked with my bank. SCAMMM!!!
