Travel Innovations LLC of Metarie, LA., along with their closing company, Metropolitan Closing Services of Middleton, WI., has conspired to commit electronic wire fraud, elder fraud, breach of contract, extortion, and intimidation. Travel Innovations made a series of unsolicited phone calls enticing me to sell my resort timeshare property located in Medico. Both companies solicited money from me to facilitate the sale by paying for alleged "closing costs" with electronic wire transfers from United States banking institutions to Mexican banks. A contract was signed with a guaranteed purchase price from a buyer supplied by Travel Innovations and Metropolitan Closing. There was no interested buyer, the closing did not occur and my timeshare was not resold. The companies simply pocketed the advanced fees. After 3 1/2 years, my dispute has not been resolved or monies paid into escrow returned. I have have hired an attorney and will be pursuing criminal charges with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Attorney's Office.
