Says it was shipped back in September 2023 through FedEx. Sent a bogus tracking number. After contacting them, they claimed it was sent to the wrong address, but they included the correct address in the email. They said they would be refunding my order asap- it has been 5 months. They are no longer responding to my emails.

I saw an ad on social media for containers for the kitchen. I clicked the ad and choose 1 item for purchase. After I entered my billing information the site forced me through additional ads and at the end they charged me for every item that I was forced to review in those ads. I asked for my entire order to be cancelled and to be honored a refund. My order was cancelled and I was told I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. It has been over a month and I have not received a refund and the company is no longer responding to me. The website doesn't list an address, only "New York, NY."
