This business, brokerage and timeshare resale company is a complete scam. Don't go anywhere near Delta Title Company, LLC or Continental Brokerage Properties, LLC. These companies approached an individual offering help and guidance and to broker the deal of selling her Mexico timeshare. After a series of emails, phone calls, etc., the company continues to request money for "Mexico" withholding taxes, notary fees, etc., in the tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars. All with the promise that the sale will then take place. But it never does. They continue to ask for more and more money and string along anyone who is willing to pay them. They request funds to be sent to a Mexico bank in various amounts. All information is by fax. They refuse to provide any identification information. Furthermore, they pretend to sell "Surety Bonds" which will help effectuate or guarantee the sale of the timeshare. Its all a complete hoax. They have bilked hundreds of thousands of dollars from one individual alone. Names and Individuals involved: David West, Fred Thompson, Henry Lee Bryant, Kyle Polanco.

Our company received a piece of mail addressed to Continental Brokerage Properties, LLC at our physical address in Jackson, Mississippi. We are the building owner and do not have a tenant by that name. Thinking that it might be an entity of one our tenants, I looked them up online at http://continentalpropertiesgroup.com/, and they were listed as being located in our building at our physical address. I called the number listed and was given the run around. The first man I spoke with said I would need to speak with his supervisor. The "supervisor" quickly got defensive and hostile, then claimed to be just a broker. They do not sound like a legitimate business and are definitely falsifying their physical address. I am not aware if the person sending the piece of mail that we have in our possession has been harmed in any way. I am simply reporting their use of false information and strange behavior.
