The flight fee has been paid by your sender and we are obliged to ship the puppy to you now. Ever since the break of the Covid-19 Virus which I am sure you are aware of and the recent increase in cases, we cannot further proceed with the shipment of your puppy because after doing post checks we realized you didn't pay for the crate in which your puppy shall be shipped and delivered in. Due to the outbreak of this Deadly disease, there has been a modification in shipment and import policies of both goods ,animals and items within and out of state. For all Puppies being shipped, An ELECTRONIC AIR CONDITIONED PET TRAVEL CRATES has to be obtained. Group shipment of puppies have been banned, therefore all pets being shipped are supposed to be done individually in their crates purchased or rented by their Owners. Also this crate is compulsory due to fluctuating temperature and atmospheric conditions ,it is compulsory for all shipment of puppies since the temperature of those crates adjust automatically to change in temperature and are regulatory.

Definitely was a scam. I replied to the email, got no response back. Tried to work with the seller to have them cover this as I requested is be sent USPS. They also would not have the package returned to them and shipped back out via USPS either. The seller also stated that the shipping company will only contact them because my reply was "rude". Ended up disputing the purchase PayPal and got a full refund. Always pay in a way your purchase can be disputed and refunded. Take screenshots of all the conversations you have with the sellers, my seller ended up either blocking me or deleting their account which removes their half on the conversations. Hope this helps someone else out there, don't pay the insurance ransom and dispute your purchase.
