They send a salesman door to door, with promises of saving you money and no cost of cancellation.
Well first when you pay your bill they have two address' to pay (which is confusing to begin with) then after you pay they will claim they never received payment, although your check was cashed. After the first bill came to my home and I made the payment (that they said they never received) I received no other bills from the company. Thinking that was kind of odd, I talked with the good folks of PG&E I was informed that I was receiving NO services from continuum and that I was essentially paying them for no reason. Now forward 4 months of no billing notifications or contact of any kind, I got a letter in the mail saying my bill was sent to collections for the original bill that was I have proof was paid.
