My computer screen suddenly froze with a virus message and this companies phone number to call to fix it. Rebooting just came up with the same message. I called the number. The man said my computer had a virus and for a fee he would remove it. I did pay the money not knowing it was a scam. I brought the computer to Bestbuy who removed the virus.
