I ordered two “white claw wasted” shirts from an ad on fb about two months ago through a business named Contoure for $11.38. I let a few weeks go by and the shipment didn’t update so i sent an email regarding the status of my purchase, never received and email back. I waited about two more weeks and sent another email about my package and requesting more information about it, never got a response. So then I sent an email on 9/15 stating that if I didn’t get a response I would file a claim and open a police report, then ALL of a sudden got a full refund and an email stating they are sorry for the mix up with shipment. Nothing regarding what had happened or how they would like to fix the situation. Do not order from Contoure !!!
